Description

  • Lead the budgeting process and regular financial forecasts update, sales related
  • Manage the preparation of periodic financial reports of the performance of the local entities
  • Provide support to the accounting department during month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Coordinate day-to-day controlling activities (analysis on sales, costings, production, etc)
  • Develop business processes and internal control policies and procedures; design and maintain a clear costing methodology, drive continuous improvement activities
  • Lead and execute special projects as needed
  • Set objectives, develop people, and manage the performance within the controlling team
  • Provide a clear and accurate information to all stakeholders
  • Monitor the activities of the business and its performance
  • Analyze and report variation of actual vs budget / forecast to management
  • Provide recommendations and action plan to reach goals / improve situation

Profil recherché

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering or related field
  • 4 to 7 years of experience at an Financial Analysis position focusing on sales ideally within an industrial company
  • SAP knowledge. Power BI consider a plus
  • Fluent in English. French or German are consider an asset
  • Strong problem solving and analytic skills
  • Demonstrated capability to prepare clear, concise and accurate reports and presentations
  • Ability to synthesize complex situation
  • Good continuous improvement mindset with a good sense of innovation
