Description
You will be in charge of :
- Defining and monitoring sales targets within the regional area,
- Coordinating daily regional activities,
- Supporting sales force during negotiations with business partners,
- Budgeting and driving sales costs for the regional area,
- Informing about new applications and products possibilities,
- Measuring market potential : market trends, customer development and competitive environment,
- Organizing and executing periodic sales meetings,
- Managing strategic accounts personally,
- Implementing & coordinating product related sales strategies,
- Leading and monitoring defined sales projects,
Profil recherché
- Master's degree in International Business, Engineering or equivalent,
- At least 10 years' of experience in a similar position (sales manager) and in an industrial environment,
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French,
- Strong experience in management of people, a great sense of business strategies,
- Willing to travel 50% of your working time,
