Description du poste
- To approach the market of the actors of the real estate development in Germany: Architects, design offices, real estate developers
- Recruit integrator/installer partners in Germany
- Develop the post-prospecting customer portfolio and feed the project pipeline
- Monitor the development of projects, in connection with technical and commercial support in Luxembourg.
- Ensure customer information feedback: products, price positioning, competition...
- Represent the company in Germany at events: fairs and exhibitions (Light&Building), customer presentations...
- Ensure regular reporting at the Luxembourg headquarters (CRM)
- Good knowledge of the real estate development value chain, ideally with contacts already established among the above-mentioned actors.
- At ease with the technological environment (smart building, IoT, apps, software, networks...), while understanding its limits. It will be supported by our Marketing and R&D structure
- Structured and willing to invest in a "construction" challenge
- 5 to 10 years of experience
- Travel: 80% of the time
- Training on our products is planned.
