Senior accounting & finance officer - private equity

Context:

Our client manages the internal control (risk management, compliance, internal audit); the portfolio management; the asset evaluation & the sales perspectives of their companies.Mission:

1/ accounting:

• a to z accounting,
• annual accounts,
• invoicing, payments, treasury management,
• financial statements,
• oversight of the accounting work of business & financial providers,
• audit assistance,
• tax & vat declarations,

2/ controlling:

• internal reporting towards the managing directors of the 35 companies
• trimestrial reporting towards inverstors
• Analytical accounting

3/ projects:

• Participating to the digitalization of the group
• Implementing a new IT Accounting softwares
• Participating to a new treasury tool to replace the classical procure-to-pay processes,
• Overseeing & reviewing the internal processes and provide advices to implement new solutions
