Description
As a Senior Customer Support - Investment Platform, your responsibilities are :
- Respond to client inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Provide personalized investment advice to clients
- Assist with onboarding new clients to the investment platform
- Promote the company's investment products and services
- Offer financial advice and guidance to clients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to improve client service
- Keep up to date with market trends and financial products, and regulations
Profil recherché
A successful Senior Customer Support - Investment Platform should have:
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide personalized advice based on clients' needs
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Good command of either French or Dutch and basic knowledge of the other language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
The role is based in Luxembourg (Cloche d'Or area).
