My client is a private bank developing its legal department.
Description
- Provide Legal advice and be in charge of contractual documentation for the activities of private banking
- Provide support on the European coordination on legal matters and regulations in particular for matters relating to legislation concerning banking and credit activity
- Legal support for EU Regulatory projects in collaboration with the other legal counsels of the Group
- Create or review Client Documentation in coordination with the other members of the legal team
- Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to staff
- Legal support for complaints of clients and litigation (review progress of outstanding litigation, liaise with and manage external lawyers, and advise management accordingly)
Profil recherché
- At least 5 years of experience as legal counsel or lawyer in relation with the financial sector, preferably in the banking sector
- Master Degree in Law / LLM
- Fluent in French & English
