About Our Client

My client is a bank developing the expertise in its legal team.

Job Description

  • Lead litigation and settlements legal cases for the bank
  • Lead legal employment transactions with the assistance of external counsel where necessary
  • Oversee the advice on the content and implementation of all employment policies
  • Acting as the Legal support to Human Resources
  • Lead or participate in internal investigations
  • Co-ordinate standardization on contracts and agreements

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience as lawyer or legal counsel for Litigation, Settlements and Employment
  • Master Degree in Law
  • Fluent in French & English
