Our client is an international Insurance Group, which develops its activities worldwide.

Description

Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, your main responsibilities will be :

  • Overall responsibility for strategic insurance partnerships in the UAE
  • One point of entry for these partners into our Group organization
  • Business Development along the whole value chain together with partners
  • Relationship management with all involved parties in the UAE, i.e. sales partners, brokers, fronting insurers, third party administrators, etc.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and enable sustainable growth for our sales partners
  • Work on strategy, operational processes and SLAs with sales partners and internal teams
  • Maintain the operational partnership structure with fronting insurer and TPA to deliver highest quality in line with SLA
  • Coordinate product development, group insurance offers and business reviews
  • Responsible for meeting assigned sales goals in terms of insurance sales through partnership portfolio

Profil recherché

  • A solid experience in Partnership development within the UAE region and for the Insurance industry
  • Fluent English is mandatory, German would be a plus
