Our Client is the Luxembourg-based subsidiary of a private, family-owned bank established almost 100 years ago.

The bank specializes in private banking, asset management, and financial advisory services, catering primarily to high-net-worth individuals.

Description

As Senior Relationship Manager Private Banking, your responsibilities will be :

  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients, aligning their financial goals with the bank's strategic interests.
  • Deliver personalized financial advice on investment strategies, estate planning, and wealth management, keeping clients informed of market developments and opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported, valued, and understood at all times.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies, upholding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, contracts, and records in accordance with bank requirements.

Profil recherché

The ideal profile for the Senior Relationship Manager Private Banking that we are looking for :

  • A university degree n Finance or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in a similar client-facing role within the private banking sector.
  • An experience within the European Union is a must.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language will be a strong asset.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a dynamic and responsible mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative spirit and a client-centric approach.
