Job Description

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Solving customer issues and problems
  • Ensuring the correct execution of the IT Customer Services activities by following and
    adhering to the defined rules, policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the local team as well as with colleagues in other locations ensuring
    the achievement of the overall IT targets
  • Introducing, planning and documenting relevant processes

The Successful Applicant

Graduated with a Bachelor in Information Technology, you have a proven experience in a similar position.

Team spirit, ability to set priorities, and accuracy are the key skills to have for this role.

You speak a perfectly fluent English; and French or German would be a plus.
