Our client is an international and fast growing Company providing global financial services.
Your main responsibility will be :
- Managing the team of the local Service Desk
- Ensuring the correct execution of the IT Customer Services activities
- Having a transverse collaboration with colleagues based in other locations to ensure a strong team work and collaboration
- Introducing, planning and documenting relevant processes
- Being responsible for continuous process improvements
- Creating appropriate guidelines on day-to-day business
- Taking part in solving customers issues
Graduated with a Bachelor degree in Information Technology, you have a proven experience in a similar position.
Strong leadership, team spirit, customer and service oriented approach, and organizational skills are the key for success in this role.
You are perfectly fluent in English. Communication skills in French and/or in German would be a plus.
