The CILT Annual Awards for Excellence have raised the bar by recognising outstanding achievements in logistics and transport, by encouraging organisations large or small and also individuals, to strive towards the highest possible standards.

Congratulations to Ian MacDonald, Devonport Royal Naval Dockyard for winning the Diploma Student of the Year Award.
Ian was nominated for the Diploma Student of the Year Award by his study centre, ABC Logistics Skills. Ian has been working for Devonport Royal Naval Dockyard for the last 37 years, where he currently holds the position of Transport Manager. Based on his prior experience and qualifications, the CILT(UK) Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport was the logical next stage of progression in his career.
