The person will work in a financial team of 3 persons.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing all Luxembourgish activities such as accounting, tax and any financial aspects for different types of assets/vehicles/funds
- Active support to identify and solve complex matter linked to accounting, reporting, fund operations, mainly in Luxembourg
- Overseeing the tax and corporate administration together with external service providers
- Overseeing all activity linked to cash management (payments, bank processes) if linked to major event
- Follow-up of the investment, including managing capital calls, distribution, investors reporting…
- Active support in budget, review and updates
- Support the Senior controller in any ad-hoc project
Profil recherché
- Master's in accounting and Finance
- Minimum 5/6 year's experience within a Big 4 / major service provider / Private equity house
- An existing experience in another Private Equity house is an asset
- Some knowledge in corporate accounting and corporate administration is a plus
- Understanding of translating complex financial transactions into accounting entries
- Excellent capacities in problem-solving, very solution-oriented
- Fluent in French and English. Italian is an asset
- Strong ability to drive and influence required
- Nice and pleasant personality, with ability to integrate a team
- Excellent communicator, both with team members and top management
- Flexible, proactive, autonomous, self-driven, meticulous, straight to the point
