Our client is an independent provider of finance and trust services for institutional and private clients

Bookkeeping and the preparation of the annual financial statements, as well as the consolidated financial statements if required
Monthly and / or quarterly reporting under i.e. LUX GAAP, US GAAP or IFRS, CSSF and BCL reporting
Follow-up on queries of 3rd parties as required (Clients, banks, etc)
Calculate tax provisions and establish the corporate tax return
Preparation of the monthly / quarterly / annual VAT returns
Preparation of minutes of Board meetings

University studies or professional studies in economics, law, accounting or related topics
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Trust Business
Basic knowledge of Luxembourg Corporate Taxation and Double Tax treaties, EEC Directives etc
Have a basic and general understanding of Luxembourg Company Law
Basic knowledge of the compliance requirements
Fluent in French & English
