Our client is an international industrial player. In order to reinforce their Sales Team, we are actively looking for a Sales Manager - DACH
Description
You will be reporting directly to the EU & ROW Sales Manager in their headquarters in Luxembourg. A regular presence on-site will thus be required.Drive the complete Sales Management Process for Central Europe in order to foster profitable business and customer satisfaction:
- Annual sales budgeting
- Obtaining order income
- Sales reporting
- Corrective measures
Develop and manage sales force within your region (up to 10 people)
- Define and monitor sales targets within the regional area
- Coordinate daily regional activities
- Support sales force during negotiations with business partners
- Coach and manage careers of sales force
- Conduct and document target agreements and annual discussions
- Budget and drive sales costs for the regional area
Consolidate Market Information & Application Know-How
- Report periodically on market trends, customer development and competitive environment
- Inform about new applications and products possibilities
- Measure market potential
- Organize and execute periodic sales meetings
Cooperate with stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with European Sales Management, Segment Account Management and Central Sales Administration as well as Central Supply Chain, Product Development and Engineering
- Manage strategic accounts personally
- Support after sales activities and complaints management
Manage Projects
- Implement & coordinate product related sales strategies
- Lead and monitor defined sales projects
Profil recherché
- Holding a Master degree in International Business Management and / or an Engineering Degree in Industrial Management, or an equivalent degree.
- Having several years' experience in a similar function (10 to 15 years).
- Showing strong commercial skills and a great sense of business strategies
- Having experience in people management
- Being willing to travel on a regular basis (about 50% of your working time)
- Speaking fluently German and English. Any other language will be considered as an advantage.
